Clayton Services, a staffing provider, is seeking a Receptionist /Data Entry Clerk for one of our valued clients in the Humble area (77338). As a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Receptionist Responsibilities & Duties:
• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls on a multi-line system while providing basic information when needed
• Assist with mail outs, distribution of credentials to clients, and handle all clients’ needs with a pleasant attitude
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Schedule meetings/appointments; ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Receptionist Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven working experience in similar roles with a professional appearance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Data Entry. Quickbooks experience a plus
• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
