Clayton Services is seeking Front Office Receptionist for temporary and temp-to-hire positions for many of our Northwest Houston area clients. We provide highly competent and qualified professionals to Houston area companies. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidate will be customer driven and enjoy exceeding customers’ expectations.
Front Office Receptionist Responsibilities:
Promptly greet all visitors with a warm welcome
Maintain visitor log and assign visitor badges
Distribute mail and coordinate overnight and Fed/Ex packages
Overflow work from Administrative and Accounting department
Assist Office Manager with special projects as needed
Front Office Receptionist Experience & Requirements:
Have previous front office experience in a customer focused, professional environment
Excellent Word, Excel and Data Entry skills
Be able to work with limited supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional dress, attitude, and appearance
Front Office Assistant Summary and Compensation:
Temporary and Temp-to-Hire positions in Northwest Houston 290, Cypress, Jersey Village, 249, and I-10 areas paying $14.00-$16.00 per hour depending on experience.
